Riders will be welcomed by one of the most beautiful towns in Vidzeme, Cēsis, and its surroundings.

There will be fast and tricky speed stages in Cesis, and the weather promises to introduce its own intrigue - as forecasters promise changeable weather 50/50. On the other hand, how often the forecasters are right!
